It’s another day of both long and short positions. Yesterday, Lihui perfectly captured the entire roller coaster by setting up a low long at 3430 and a high short at 3550. Truly, it’s a blessing from above. Have the fans kept up? Let’s continue to look at Ethereum. After the early morning K-line fell to the lower boundary of the 1-hour chart, it formed a pin bar rebound. The current Bollinger Bands at this level are opening up, and the upper band is not simply closing downwards. The KDJ and RSI are turning upwards from a low position, and after the fast and slow lines crossed downwards, the weakness is increasing, indicating that there is room for a rebound. Lihui does not recommend chasing shorts! It’s better to wait for a short-term rebound to be pressured before entering high shorts!
On the 4-hour chart, the Bollinger Bands are closing downwards, with the upper band pressing down close to yesterday's high, coinciding with the EMA80 to form a top pressure. The KDJ and RSI are turning upwards after a downward movement, which is relatively strong compared to Bitcoin's trend. However, after the fast and slow lines crossed downwards, there is a second divergence, so Lihui believes that the short-term rebound still faces strong resistance. The first resistance level can be considered in the range of EMA30 and EMA60, while the second resistance level is at the EMA80 and upper band position. The upper band may continue to move down during the day; if it does not break, one can choose to enter high shorts!
For the first support below, we first look at the 4-hour lower boundary. A second breakdown may continue to explore near the daily MA220 (currently at 3273). Although the market is falling in the evening, the trend of the daily fast and slow lines has not changed, aiming for a golden cross formation. The KDJ and RSI are also maintaining an upward posture, so Lihui believes there is also space above. Everyone may have felt that Ethereum's rebound is relatively strong in recent days! Therefore, the breakout point for a significant rise in Ethereum needs to be observed at the EMA180 (3637) position, which has faced pressure multiple times. Additionally, the upper band is also approaching this position, indicating it is a short-term box pressure point. Below, there is currently not much expansion, and the lower boundary is still closing upwards, which may recently form a key support with MA220!
Today's suggested short position for Ethereum: light short above 3530; stop loss above 3640; target 3475-3370; if it breaks, look to hold to below 3300 at 3360!
