This is comprising of three transactions: an €1.8 million “ATM‑type” issuance at €1.72 per share under an agreement with TOBAM; a €0.7 million subscription by Fulgur Ventures for 1,250,000 shares at €0.544 per share to satisfy legal adjustments for OCA B‑01 Tranche 1 holders; and a €2.5 million private placement at €1.69 per share fully subscribed by the TOBAM Bitcoin Alpha Fund. The company said these operations, together with ongoing activity, could enable acquisition of roughly 60 additional BTC, potentially increasing Capital B’s holdings to about 2,261 BTC, while it continues developing its data intelligence, artificial intelligence (AI) and decentralized technology subsidiaries.
