The Bollinger Bands for Ethereum on the 1-hour chart are opening up, and the price has retraced to the lower band position, experiencing a rebound again. The current candlestick is continuing upward above the middle band. The MACD is showing a contraction in volume near the 0-axis position below the 0-axis, and after the fast and slow lines formed a death cross, they are now creating a convergence situation. The KDJ and RSI, after moving downward, have turned upward again, indicating that the short-term bulls are still relatively strong, and the market is expected to test the upper band and above 3000 again;
If the market breaks through yesterday's high again, the short position should be considered under the pressure of the MA120 and the 4-hour upper band intersection. Continue to pay attention to the support area where the middle band and MA30 intersect below. If a death cross with volume is successfully formed, it can continue to see around 2850;
On the daily chart, the short-term upper side is facing the overlapping pressure of the middle band and MA300, MA450. From the KDJ and RSI patterns, there is room for bulls. The key point to watch is that the fast and slow lines are currently in the first convergence after forming a death cross, and a golden cross has not yet been successfully formed. If a second divergence occurs, a major drop will continue to unfold!
