Three directors of Avalanche Foundation voluntarily resign collectively

Former director Omer of Avalanche Foundation tweeted that he, along with Aytun ç Yildizli and Vikram Nagrani, have officially resigned from the board of directors of the foundation and its subsidiaries earlier this week. Aytun ç ceased to perform its executive functions on February 28, 2025, and the board has been in a wait-and-see state since then, attempting to find a way forward. The decision to voluntarily resign is not a reckless move, and it has caused us great pain to have to do so. Considering our passion, dedication, and commitment to Avalanche and its employees, as well as all the hard work we have done for the ecosystem and community since joining the foundation, this collective resignation is a difficult decision
