The budget debate calls for us to present a plan for how we are going to look after the affairs of our people and our country, and we have presented that. The budget we have presented takes into consideration balancing the needs of our people while adhering to our fiscal responsibilities and ensuring we do not create another home-grown crisis such as what we have seen in the past and from which we are still recovering. We are committed to a stable economy for all Jamaicans.
