Lift-off! From Bitcoin mining to space exploration 🚀 What a week for the space industry! 🌌 The first successful rocket launch by Isar Aerospace, and now the first Bitcoin hodler in space. 🧡 Chun Wang, co-founder of f2pool (one of the largest mining pools) and stakefish, funded the Fram2 mission. He launched into space alongside three crew members: Jannicke Mikkelsen (Norway), Rabea Rogge (Germany), and Eric Philips (Australia). 👨‍🚀 The Fram2 mission is making history as the first human spaceflight to cross Earth's polar regions in low-Earth orbit. The crew will spend 3-5 days aboard the Crew Dragon spacecraft, running 22 experiments (including the first-ever X-ray of a human in space) and observing polar phenomena like the mysterious STEVE. 🔬 Bitcoin itself may still be waiting for lift-off, but at least one of its pioneers has made it to orbit, collecting valuable data for humanity. 🌠
