Noble announces launch of Ethereum compatible Rollup solution 'AppLayer'

On April 16th, Noble, a blockchain platform focused on RWA and stablecoin issuance, announced on Wednesday that it will launch an Ethereum compatible Rollup solution called "AppLayer" to expand its platform capabilities. This plan allows developers to build customized RWA applications and infrastructure, and is scheduled to be officially launched in the third quarter of 2025. AppLayer will be built on the modular blockchain Celestia, utilizing its data availability solution to reduce storage costs. This solution is also compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and can achieve seamless integration with the Ethereum ecosystem DeFi projects.
