Odaily Planet Daily News: Top Win, a luxury watch manufacturer in Asia, announced its renaming to AsiaStrategy and has partnered with Sora Ventures to launch a Bitcoin reserve strategy. This move caused its stock price to rise by over 60% in pre-market trading, from $7.50 at the close on May 15th to $12.12. AsiaStrategy has stated that it will adopt a Bitcoin accumulation strategy while continuing its watch manufacturing business. Sora Ventures founder Jason Fang will join the AsiaStrategy board and serve as co CEO with current CEO Tony Ngai. Sora Ventures assisted Japanese company Metaplanet in launching its first enterprise level Bitcoin reserve plan in 2024. This transformation makes AsiaStrategy the latest listed company to adopt a Bitcoin reserve strategy, following Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) and Metaplanet. （Cointelegraph）
