There are two possibilities for this: 1. This is Jeffrey Wilcke's operation: transferring ETH into Kraken and then submitting it through multiple addresses, with the aim of preventing further tracking through the exchange rather than selling these ETH. 2. This is Kraken's risk control operation: after large value tokens flow into the exchange, they are dispersed and stored in multiple wallets to reduce single point risk.
