NY House Republicans said for months they had one job they were sent to Washington for: to get rid of the SALT cap. But they are too scared to stand up to Trump. Instead they settled for SALT caps forever, and barely 20% of what is in their own bill. They failed to keep their promises to taxpayers in the Hudson Valley, on Long Island, and across the state.
