According to CoinDesk, as BTC breaks through $111K and reaches a historic high, the total value of open Bitcoin options contracts on the Deribit platform has risen to $42.5 billion, setting a historical record. The $110K, $120K, and $300K call options that expire on June 27th are currently the highest open positions, indicating a strong bullish sentiment in the market. Deribit accounts for nearly 80% of global cryptocurrency options trading volume.
