Scotus grants Trump's request to fire without cause the heads of independent government agencies NLRB and MSPB while their cases move through the courts. The case does not implicate the Fed, the court holds, because "the Federal Reserve is a uniquely structured, quasi-private entity that follows in the distinct historical tradition of the First and Second Banks of the United States."
