9.9 year hiatus, Ethereum ICO whale address activated, transferring 0.002 ETH

BlockBeats News: On June 14th, according to on chain data, an Ethereum ICO address that had been dormant for 9.9 years had just been activated. The address contained 2000 ETH, with a current value of approximately $5063918 (compared to only about $620 in 2015). The address transferred 0.001 ETH in two separate transactions.
