Infini was also cleared from criminal investigation due to wild cards, but the nature is actually quite different. Wild cards are not U-cards, their problem is that they directly touch fiat currency. They probably think that only subscribing to development tools can block funds in northern Myanmar (which is true), but ignore that directly touching fiat currency is the greater risk. They think they are doing technology entrepreneurship, but in fact they are doing unlicensed cross-border payments. Infini doesn't have this situation, I guess it's still an issue of AML and fines.
