Former OpenAI employee plans to launch encrypted salary access platform Volante

Joey Bertschler said that part of the reason for the startup is due to disappointment with OpenAI culture. Volante will allow company employees to receive daily wages on the same day without having to wait until the end of the month. Bertschler stated that the current salary payment method "deprives you of the right to freely dispose of money for 30 days," especially for those who rely on their salaries for a living. The platform utilizes blockchain technology to achieve seamless record keeping and verification of ledgers. Bertschler revealed that Volante has raised approximately $2 million from private investors, and with this funding, the company is expected to operate without additional capital injection within five years.
