Bitcoin Treasury Corporation is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and has completed its first purchase of 292.8 BTC

According to a report by Golden Finance, Bitcoin Treasury Corporation, a Bitcoin finance company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange's ChiNext board, announced that it has completed the issuance of 426650 shares, with a total funding of $125 million from previous financing transactions. After the fundraising transaction, Bitcoin Treasury Corporation announced the completion of its first purchase of 292.8 BTC at a price of CAD 43127353. These bitcoins have now been included in the company's balance sheet, marking the official launch of its BTCT Bitcoin overweight plan.
