OFAC imposes sanctions on Aeza Group regarding cryptocurrency wallet addresses

On July 2nd, according to The Block, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the US Treasury Department imposed sanctions on a cryptocurrency wallet address related to Aeza Group on Tuesday. Aeza Group is a Russian "bulletproof host" service provider. Bulletproof host "is a network hosting service whose servers are designed to evade scrutiny from law enforcement agencies, legal regulatory agencies, and cybersecurity organizations, and are often used for illegal or malicious activities. OFAC has added four core members of Aeza Group to its Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list and sanctioned four entities related to its operations. This includes Aeza's main cryptocurrency addresses on the Tron blockchain.
