The three partners of the institution jointly wrote that the Delaware Court of Chancery's rulings have become increasingly subjective in recent years, shaking the trust of the business community in its "gold standard" judicial system. A16z emphasizes that they will continue to invest in Delaware registered businesses, but believes that tech founders should reassess their choice of registration location.
