Two executives from encrypted payment company MoonPay are suspected of mistakenly transferring $250000 to a disguised fraudulent address

According to The Block, a document submitted by the US Department of Justice shows that Ivan Soto Wright, CEO of encrypted payment company Moonpay, and Mouna Ammari Siala, CFO, remitted over $250000 to a wallet address associated with a Nigerian scammer who mistakenly believed it was a donation to President Trump's inauguration committee. The letter "L" in the scammer's email address stevew_itkoff @ (t47lnaugural. com) is lowercase instead of uppercase "I".
