Circle Games completes $7.25 million seed round funding, led by Bitkraft Ventures

On July 14th, Circle Games, a game studio based in Istanbul, recently completed a seed funding round of $7.25 million, led by Bitcraft Ventures with participation from a16z Speedrun, Play Ventures, e2vc, and APY Ventures. The studio plans to use this funding to further develop the current project Sort Express and other undisclosed games, while supporting team expansion. In the casual puzzle game market, Circle Games aims to innovate player experience by introducing new mechanisms. The game industry in Türkiye is developing rapidly. The financing of Circle Games comes at a time when Türkiye is rising as a mobile game center. The country is second only to the United Kingdom in game development in the EMEA region.
