According to Foresight News and Zhitong Finance, Ruifeng New Energy (00527. HK) has announced that on July 15, 2025 (after trading hours), Carbon Dimension Technology Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary jointly owned by the company and Shanghai Baocarbon New Energy Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.) and Xiangyang New Energy (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. will enter into an agreement for the development and sale of emission reduction projects.
