BlockBeats News, July 15th: According to PR Newswire, blockchain technology company BTC Digital Ltd. (NASDAQ: BTCT) announced today that it has signed a final agreement with institutional investors to register for a targeted issuance, selling approximately $6 million worth of common stock at a price of $3.00 per share. A total of 2000000 ordinary shares were sold in this issuance. The company plans to use the net proceeds from this issuance, along with existing cash, to purchase Ethereum.
