Your own logic has gradually formed into a three part set, with macro (including politics and economy) as the general direction of judgment, data as the basis for detail judgment, and events as indicators of short-term price fluctuations. For myself, simply looking at any one has certain limitations. Macro trading as a large cycle trading is not a problem, but it may miss some good trading opportunities. Although data can best reflect investors' emotions, emotions are often affected by events. And blindly chasing events will exhaust us from dealing with them. Effective combination, making trades that one can understand, and being able to understand the logic of one's buying and selling points is necessary to gradually form one's own trading system.
