According to a report by Golden Finance, the US Treasury Department has raised its borrowing forecast for the third quarter to $1.007 trillion from July to September due to lower cash levels at the beginning of the quarter, which is $453 billion higher than the April forecast. The expected net borrowing scale from October to December is 590 billion US dollars.
