It's really too late without AI anymore, some feelings about experiencing Surf
One of the tracks I am most optimistic about this round is AI. I have shared multiple projects before, and these past few days I have experienced a very good project - Surf @ SurfeCopilot.
Surf is an AI tool project focused on the field of encryption, which has been launched on the web and iOS app. I have personally experienced it and have several very intuitive feelings, which I would like to share as follows:
1、 The AI conclusion is clear and reliable, the reasoning process is visible, and the readability of the report is very high
The main interface of the project is actually quite simple, with only three functions: Q&A, research, and AI Agent. At present, because it takes a long time to further experience queuing, I focused on the "research" function.
This kind of in-depth investment research ability greatly tests the ability and professionalism of AI. For example, when I asked a specific question, the generated report was not long, but the structure was very clear. It can be seen that it most likely refers to the professional framework of institutional investment research reports to organize its content, but the presentation is more concise and easy to read.
Taking the following as an example, the logical chain of investment research is complete, starting from the problem, to data evidence, and then to analysis, reasoning, and conclusion. It's not a brainless report of piling up materials, but one with viewpoints, data support, and causal logic.
This structure looks very comfortable and has great reference value.
2、 The underlying data sources for reasoning are very professional and first-hand
The Surf official website mentions that some of the main data sources come from Delphi, Messari, Dune, X, as well as other professional media and articles.
To verify this, I specifically looked at some reasoning processes. For example, when analyzing Bonk's destruction mechanism, it directly references the on chain data dashboard on Dune and has data sources.
For example, when asked whether the new GENIUS stablecoin bill in the United States will pose a challenge to USDT, it did not quote second-hand media reports, but directly retrieved the original regulations published on the White House official website as analysis material.
These details reflect a core idea of Surf when making AI products:
The credibility of content must be based on clean raw materials, otherwise all subsequent reasoning is likely to be untenable. This is extremely important for deep users.
3、 Agent executor is functional and easy to use
At present, the Agent is still in beta version with limited usage, but the demonstration provided by the project can to some extent show that its product logic is quite mature.
Firstly, the task orientation is very clear, and tasks will be executed strictly according to predetermined steps. However, based on the execution situation, each step requires a certain level of cognitive analysis, which is a key factor in determining whether it is an AI or not. Otherwise, it's just a fixed pattern bot/script.
In addition, at the end of each step, the agent will have memory, and if it fails, it will analyze the reasons and make reasonable responses. This includes identifying pop ups, loading status, and even locating UI elements. It is indeed done very finely at the recognition level.
Finally, this agent still retains human-computer interaction, and for those that require manual approval, it enters waiting mode.
Overall, I have evaluated that the Agent has achieved highly practical product forms in terms of on chain interaction understanding, element recognition, memory ability, and human-machine collaboration.
Overall, the overall feeling that Surf @ SurfeCopilot gives me is not about AI concepts or just getting involved, but rather an AI tool platform built around the real needs of Crypto users. Especially for users who are deeply involved in the market, it is indeed a useful and easy-to-use AI product.
If you are interested, you can try the free version. Currently, Mac apps require an invitation code, but you can also subscribe and pay for it directly.
Special reminder: The above are all based on product experience sharing, not investment advice!
