The developers of Metamask and Linea, Consensys, are currently hoarding more coins than the Ethereum Foundation and have stronger development capabilities. It may not be long before @ Consensys becomes the de facto Ethereum Foundation, and Liangzi has talked about at least two videos of its layer2 linea, hoping that the airdrop will have a big enough picture.
