The market is pricing 3 cuts by Jan and 4 by July 2026. The former is about right. The latter misprices the dovishness of the next Fed Chair (appointed by Trump). The next Chair's first FOMC would be on June 2026. That's when the Fed would start running monetary policy hot.(Alex Krüger)
