Earlier this week, we opened the new Anchovy Police Station, a milestone that represents far more than a modern facility. For the people of Anchovy, this is a promise kept. It is a visible sign that their safety matters, that their community matters, and that government will invest in our safety and security. Crime and insecurity threaten the dreams of hardworking Jamaicans. We are changing that by putting the resources, infrastructure, and trained personnel in place to protect our citizens and create an environment where opportunity can flourish. When a community is safe, children can walk to school without fear, businesses can grow, and families can plan for the future with confidence.
