According to Bloomberg, Do Kwon, co-founder of Terraform Labs, may plead guilty in a criminal fraud case related to the 2022 TerraUSD stablecoin crash in the United States. Judge Paul Engelmayer of the Southern District of New York has scheduled a plea hearing for Tuesday and requested Kwon to explain his actions in court if he pleads guilty. Kwon's lawyer did not respond to a request for comment.
