The valuation of WLFI token in the ALT5 Sigma Corporation acquisition agreement has been determined to be $0.2 per token

On August 12th, ALT5 Sigma Corporation, a US listed fintech company, valued World Liberty Financial's WLFI token at $0.2 per token through a share acquisition agreement. This is the first time the token has received a clear valuation since the launch of the token sale last year. Earlier, US listed fintech company ALT5 Sigma announced a $1.5 billion funding round to launch its WLFI treasury strategy.
