ETHBTC target has been hit! Before the blue base breakout, I told investors that a break to new multi-month highs above that range would ignite a rally to the YTD highs. I certainly didn't expect it to happen this fast (~1 month). But here we are. Congrats to ETH holders. (Caleb Franzen)
