Legislation was signed into law today by President Trump in response to last year's VA benefits budget shortfall. The bill, which requires the VA to submit quarterly in-person budget reports to Congress over the next 3 years for greater VA financial oversight, passed the Senate in April and House last month, both on voice votes.(Craig Caplan)
