This election is not about noise or empty promises. It is about performance. For years the people of Mandeville were told about water solutions that never came. The Greater Mandeville Water Supply Project sat on the books, unfunded and unrealized. Today, it is your government that has taken on this massive, multi-billion-dollar project, bringing water from St. Elizabeth up through Spur Tree, into your town. This is real transformation. Your MP candidate Rhoda has fixed more than 40 roads, supported families with housing, and delivered back-to-school programs year after year. That is performance. That is commitment. We will not be distracted by lies or defamation. We will not be dragged into confrontation. I carry the mantle of Prime Minister with dignity, and my duty is to serve every Jamaican, whether they wear green or orange. So the choice is clear.
