Empery Digital: Bitcoin Holdings Increase to 4,064.88 BTC, Share Repurchase Plan Launched

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Nasdaq-listed company Empery Digital has announced an additional purchase of 12.97 BTC at a total acquisition cost of $1.5 million. As of now, the company's Bitcoin holdings have reached 4,064.88 BTC, with a total acquisition cost of approximately $478 million and an average purchase price of $117,549 per BTC. Additionally, Empery Digital announced that it has repurchased 363,395 shares of common stock under its $100 million share repurchase plan, at an average purchase price of $7.39 per share.
