Those that don’t meet TGE conditions yet are trying every possible way to hype up and attract market attention. Releasing tokenomics, pre-launch trading, dropping official NFTs. If nothing else, they’ll post a tweet with a 99% progress bar saying the mainnet/TGE is almost ready. At this stage, any project that’s still silent or just posting irrelevant tweets like 'Good morning, Makka Pakka' is most likely already soft-rugged.
