The disposal adopted a 'domestic entrustment, overseas handling, closed-loop return' model and was completed through a licensed trading platform in Hong Kong, with the transaction price not lower than the average price of the preceding 20 days. The funds obtained were converted into RMB and transferred to the court's account for legal processing.
