It’s time for a quick EURC update 🌍 • EURC is the largest euro stablecoin with a market cap of ~€220M, up ~15% in the last month, and the only euro stablecoin in the top-50 stablecoins by market cap globally - according to @DefiLlama. • EURC currrently has a ~50% share in the euro stablecoin market - according to DefiLlama. • 𝐂𝐞𝐅𝐢: In addition to existing exchange listings on @bitvavocom , @Bitstamp, @coinbase , @okx , @RobinhoodApp , @Bitpanda_global and others, EURC is now also live on @krakenfx! • 𝐃𝐞𝐅𝐢: EURC has been integrated into a number of lending/borrowing protocols such as @aave , @MorphoLabs , @kamino and others, as well as multiple DEXs such as @Uniswap or @AerodromeFi . • 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: As the first euro stablecoin, EURC is now supported in @Visa's stablecoin settlement network, powering merchant settlement flows via VISANet. • Transfer: EURC can be transferred globally on @base from your Coinbase account or @baseapp, with zero fees. • 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧: EURC can be natively bridged across Ethereum, Avalanche, Base & Solana — via @wormhole & @MayanFinance. • 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: EURC is MiCA-compliant and 100% issued and reserved by @circle's regulated E-Money Institution in France. It’s great to see growing momentum around euro stablecoins - including more users and more issuers. We still need more liquidity, innovation, and adoption, but the euro is steadily coming onchain!
