During the recent market fluctuations, I’ve been running grid trading, but I still don’t get how the grid fees work. First, the grid deducts USDT as the fee, then it gets refunded to spot, and then BNB is deducted from spot. So here’s the question: can the BNB in Auto-Invest be used for fee deductions? It’s such a basic question, and the customer service can’t even answer it—this is seriously frustrating… How fees are deducted is a critical issue for an exchange, and it’s unacceptable for customer service to be clueless about it.
