Everyone, please stay alert to scams that use the x402 series tokens as a pretext to raise money through Minting: 1) x402scan is just a browser. While it carries some indexer functions, it lacks sufficient "review" capabilities for terminal projects published on it. It only scans on-chain USDC transfers and displays data—it does not endorse, host, or guarantee the safety of any project. 2) New Mint endpoints must be 100% open-source and traceable on-chain, such as having a public Github open-source repo, a Treasury with a multi-signature address, and on-chain execution of the token return logic after payment. If these conditions are not met, it’s purely a payment scam—especially for projects requiring payments greater than 1 USDC. Calling on security firms @SlowMist_Team @evilcos @BlockSecTeam 3) x402 is essentially an AI payment protocol, not a token issuance protocol. The Ping test results are purely a stress test conducted by x402scan and do not guarantee that future projects will perform similarly. Don’t FOMO, don’t FOMO, don’t FOMO. During the chaos and confusion of new narrative explosions, everyone must, must, must pay attention to safety risks.
