According to Kyrgyz National News Agency Kabar, President Zhaparov confirmed that the newly established 'Берекет Bank' (meaning 'Prosperity Bank') was conceptualized by Binance founder Changpeng Zhao and jointly promoted by him and former Speaker Marat. Zhaparov stated that the bank is private and will focus on virtual assets and digital currencies, expected to bring billions of dollars in investment to the country.
