The financing was priced at $3.075 per share, with the transaction expected to close on November 6. Canton Foundation also participated in this investment, marking its first investment in a publicly listed company. Tharimmune will use the funds to purchase Canton Coin, operate validator nodes, and develop related applications, while retaining its biotechnology business.
