[REXShares Launches First ETF Partially Holding XRP Spot] REXShares has launched the XRPR ETF, the first fund established under the Investment Company Act of 1940 that partially holds XRP spot, though its tax treatment efficiency is relatively low. Additionally, CanaryFunds plans to launch the first pure spot XRP ETF established under the Securities Act of 1933, which will hold 100% XRP.
