Confidence in the market wouldn't come back quickly if some unexplained system malfunction can lead price of most crypto to go down by 50 to 80% in matters of minutes. This is simply not an invest-able asset if not fixed. Bitcoin and majors with significant of their liquidity on regulated onshore exchange are fine but for those where majority of liquidity and price discovery happen on offshore unregulated CEX. Capital wouldn't come back in substantial manner until this is fixed.(Arthur)
