The market analysis over the past few days has been the toughest in the last month. This could either be a bottoming out followed by a rebound or just some consolidation before continuing to search for the bottom. During the previous downtrend, institutions weren’t buying spot, but recently they’ve started accumulating spot positions. Although contract funds are flowing in and out, the BTC main players are no longer exiting, and the accumulated spot funds are staying put. This is the logic behind why we can’t easily be bearish in the short term. When the market reaches a key position for the main players, they start defending the price to prevent further drops.
