SpaceX prospectus reportedly to be disclosed as early as next week
On May 15th, according to CNBC, sources reported that SpaceX plans to release its prospectus as early as next week. SpaceX aims to launch a roadshow on June 8th to officially introduce this transaction to investors. According to regulations, relevant documents need to be made public at least 15 natural days before the start of the roadshow, but SpaceX and its advisors hope to disclose them earlier so that investors have more time to digest financial data. After SpaceX's merger with Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI in February, this IPO is expected to be the largest in history. The valuation of the merged entity reached $1.25 trillion. Previously reported, the company's target IPO financing scale was approximately $70 billion to $75 billion, far exceeding Saudi Aramco's record breaking IPO scale in 2019 by more than twice. Due to the unprecedented large-scale IPO stock sales, the SpaceX advisory team is seeking special sales channels, especially for retail investors outside the United States who they believe have longer holding cycles, including contacting brokers in countries such as the United Kingdom, Japan, and Canada to compete for allocation shares for their clients.
