Many friends know that I only eat one meal a day; I have maintained fasting for seven or eight years, and I personally highly recommend using fasting to maintain physical health.
Currently, my personal status is that I only have dinner every day, with no restrictions on what I can eat. I do not have breakfast or lunch, I do not eat snacks, and I drink a can of cola at most during meals, trying to avoid drinking it every day.
Throughout the day, except for dinner, there is basically no food entering my mouth, and I will irregularly supplement with some fruit each week, but not in large quantities.
Sometimes when I stay up late, I might eat some beans at most to increase satiety. At first, it was very difficult, and I was almost always in a state of hunger; I was constantly hungry, and even when having dinner, I would eat a lot. It felt like I could eat a whole day's worth of food.
However, gradually, I find that during the day I do not have any feelings of hunger. The hunger mainly comes after 3 AM. My dinner is basically the amount of food a normal person would eat. For the past three years, I have consistently maintained around 140 pounds, occasionally dropping below 140 pounds during the day, and there would be a slight increase after dinner, at a height of 177 CM. My level of exercise is very low; sometimes I remember to swim after getting up in the morning, occasionally play badminton, and occasionally take walks.
I maintain about five hours of sleep each night and my mental state is good.
