During the National Day holiday, I continuously tracked market dynamics; USDT has been trading at a persistent negative premium, dropping to 6.91 this morning. Battle reports can be misleading, but the front line does not lie. This clearly tells us that funds—either the stagnant funds in the crypto market or other dollar funds flowing through crypto—are continuously pouring into A-shares, eagerly joining the "blood-sucking market" of A-shares.
What is the niche sector in the crypto world?
Now that BTC has pulled back below 63k, I mentioned in previous articles that a breakout around 62300 would lead to market activity. Currently, at 4 AM, the 4-hour chart has pulled back to this area, providing a good entry opportunity. This range can be considered strong support; if it breaks below, it's a loss. The upper target can still be seen around 65300 for a short-term strategy.
Comparing the long and short data across the Bitcoin network, regardless of how the market fluctuates, long positions hold 53.98% and short positions 46.02%. The market's bullish trend for the second half of the year is quite evident. Last night's liquidation data was also not significant, with 207 million in long liquidations and only 67 million in shorts, a threefold difference. It seems that the coming week will see back-and-forth movements, washing out long positions, tempting bulls to turn bearish, and only after a thorough cleansing will the real surge begin.
