The meme market is becoming increasingly popular in the second half of 2024, with various meme trading bots and auxiliary tools continuously emerging. However, at the end of October, NFTSniper (commonly referred to as abot), which holds a significant share in the Chinese market, announced it will be taken down on January 1, 2025. The main advantages of this tool in meme trading include comprehensive functionality, low latency, rapid iteration, and the ability to update exclusive and practical tools based on trending topics (including both meme and non-meme aspects).

After the announcement of abot's impending shutdown, some trading bots have targeted abot users, iterating or upgrading similar functionalities. This article aims to explore which tools can serve as alternatives to abot's advantageous features.

K-Line and Price

K-line and price are the most basic information in meme trading. This section compares GMGN (top left), Photon (top right), abot (bottom left), and Dexscreener (bottom right).

This section selects XRP (AZZy……) as the research object, with trades occurring almost every second. Screenshots of the K-lines from the four tools are shown below; in the first image, it can be seen that GMGN and abot's K-lines are consistent, while Photon is one second behind, and Dexscreener is seven 1-second K-lines behind.

First Test

A few seconds later, the screenshot is as follows: GMGN and abot's K-lines remain consistent, Photon is still one second behind, and Dexscreener is six 1-second K-lines behind.

Second Test

A few seconds later, the screenshot is as follows: this time GMGN, abot, and Photon are all consistent, while Dexscreener is five 1-second K-lines behind.

Third Test

Renaming

Pump tokens are often associated with X accounts, and the renaming history of X accounts has become an effective factor in determining whether a project is a "rug" project. The historical query of renaming was previously a unique feature of abot, with a few specialized X account tools like Moni also providing similar functionality, but due to high costs, they have not been widely promoted.

Last week, GMGN updated the renaming history information section (but does not support active queries), achieving a substitute version of this feature.

Additionally, the Telegram trading bot Solver also provides a renaming query function, achieving the same effect.

Furthermore, according to the author, the renaming query tool actually periodically polls each account's UID and name and saves them, rather than retrieving official internal data. Most of this is achieved through the https://totoml.app API, and interested readers can consider secondary development.

Address Monitoring

This section tests several publicly available, free address monitoring tools, comparing their response speeds. The test subjects include abot, Ray, DiTing, and GMGN, displayed from left to right in the image.

This section conducted seven exchanges of SOL and USDC as tests, with the first results shown in the image below:

abot had the fastest feedback speed, followed by Ray and Diting, which issued responses almost simultaneously, and then GMGN. The timing in the image is limited by the author's screenshot speed, only showing the order of events, not the actual time differences.

The second results are shown in the image below:

Ray had the fastest speed, followed by abot, and then Diting and GMGN.

Second Test

The results of the subsequent five tests were consistent with the second test, with Ray pushing first, followed by abot, with a direct perceived difference of less than 1 second, making it a superior monitoring tool.

Although Ray is the fastest, the free version is limited to monitoring 10 wallets, with a maximum of 15 pushes per minute. There are also three paid versions available, and readers can consider whether to use them.

Twitter Monitoring

This feature has fewer use cases in memes but is quite practical. The only alternative tool known to the author is the paid tool apidance, which is used to push new followers and new tweets of followed accounts, but it has a delay of several dozen seconds. For ultra-low latency monitoring, it is still recommended to use the Twitter notification bell feature.
