Bitcoin Technical Analysis ————
Last night's interest rate meeting and speech brought an unexpected impact on the market, with a significant washout. Bitcoin directly broke below the 100,000 mark, finding support and rebounding around 98,700. On the daily chart, the previous candlestick closed as a solid bearish candle, and during the day, it opened down to test the 30-day moving average, receiving support and closing as a pin bar. The market once again stands above the middle track, with the Bollinger Bands flattening out. The MACD fast and slow lines crossed downwards, with a slight increase in volume bars, and the KDJ crossed downwards, while the VR indicator consolidated around the 11 value. On the 4-hour chart, after a series of bearish candles broke below the lower track and the 60-day moving average, it closed with a lower shadow bullish candle, returning above the lower track to test the 60-day moving average. The Bollinger Bands are opening like a trumpet, with short-term moving averages turning downwards. The MACD fast and slow lines extend downwards, with volume bars decreasing, and the KDJ turning upwards to form a crossover, while the VR indicator consolidates around the 100 value. Overall, the market shows signs of temporarily halting the decline, as the daily 30-day moving average support has not been broken. In the short term, we can first refer to the support above the previous low. If it breaks below the 30-day moving average, we need to extend our view to the support around 96,000-95,000. For now, we will look at the previous low area. The resistance above can first refer to the daily 7 moving average and the 4-hour middle track.
