Analyst Chen Shu: March 28 Bitcoin and Ethereum Market Strategy Report, Strategy Continues to Profit, Today's Focus on Breakout Levels

Yesterday's strategy analysis provided a long position for Bitcoin at 8.65/8.55, and a midnight analysis suggested a short position at 8.73, with both long and short positions gaining over 3000 points, confirming the strategy's accuracy! Ethereum, on the other hand, showed weakness, and the long position failed.

From the daily chart of Bitcoin, we can see that it has formed three consecutive doji candles over the past three days, with the highs continuously decreasing. Currently, the key short-term support is the 30-day moving average (MA30) at 8.53. We should pay attention to whether this support holds during a pullback. The resistance level to watch is the 256-day moving average (MA256) on the 4-hour chart at 8.83. Overall, we should focus on the breakout situation within this range, and the overall trend remains slightly bearish with fluctuations.

From the daily chart of Ethereum, we can see that the price broke below the 5/10-day moving averages yesterday, and with the continuous downward adjustment of the 30-day moving average, these moving averages are about to converge, forming a strong short-term resistance level in the price range of 2050-2000. The overall trend is weak and may retest the low of 1800.

Afternoon Trading Thoughts (Written at: 13:30):

BTC: Short at 8.66, add to short at 8.73 on a rebound, target 8.5; for the downside, try a small long with a stop loss at 8.55/8.45, looking for a 1-2000 point rebound (mainly short).

ETH: Short at 1940, add to short at 1980, target 1850/1800.
